Lynne has spent her life telling the story of her great-great grandparents Dred and Harriet Scott, an enslaved couple who took their case for freedom to the US Supreme Court. 

Lynne's efforts to ensure her ancestors' courageous fight for freedom, citizenship and equality is never forgotten fits perfectly the RootsTech 2024 theme of,REMEMBER.
